Where do you provide services?
We’re based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and cover events throughout Utah and the surrounding states. If your event is further away, reach out — we’re happy to discuss travel options.
How does the podcast experience work?
We install a complete podcast set inside your event. Guests sit down, put on headphones and talk. Our team records everything and turns it into a finished podcast.
Do guests need to prepare anything?
Not at all. Every experience adapts to the event. We can prepare questions, conversation topics or a guided structure, or let the conversations flow completely naturally.
How much space do you need?
We recommend at least a 10x10 ft area for the set, plus a little room for guests to wait and watch. We’ll confirm the exact needs once we know your venue.
Can the podcast be set up outdoors?
Yes, as long as the set sits on a flat, hard surface and ideally under a cover or in a shaded area.
When do we receive the finished podcast?
Standard delivery is within 7 days of your event. Express delivery is available as an add-on: 72 hours for $250.
Can you brand the podcast and the shorts?
Absolutely. We integrate your event or company logo, plus on-screen titles and names, so everything looks like yours.
How many people can take part?
There is no fixed number of guests. How many depends on the time you book and how long each conversation runs. We usually record 2 to 4 people at a time.
